ONE DELICIOUS SANDWICH

Have you tried these? I love them- o fat and cholesterol.
They are very thin and taste so good.I love a heirloom tomato , with basil and oil and balsamic vinegar sandwich for lunch. Yum!Pretty filling for less than 150 calories. Oh yeah, nobody paid me to say this, I just want everyone to try something delicious.

I LOVE that you peel your tomato when it's just lunch-for-one! At least it seemed as if you were having a simple sit-down with lovely china and such a delicious sandwich in midst of your busy day.

I peel only for company or for Chris, always. And if we had not had such a vivid Caprese salad just two nights ago, I'd be out there right now---at eight ayem, picking some basil!

Re: the pretty cake pedestals in the link above---what on earth kind of GLUE do you trust between glass? Those are just lovely, and I'm charmed by the slender elegance of the shapes.
