CORNER TABLE

At last a clean tabletop. If you saw my last post, you saw the mess my living room and dining room are in. I am slowly getting it like I want it.
It will not stay like this I am sure.

My great grandmothers bowl. Notice the dog eared books-one of the dogs did that when the were small. I am joining Marty for Tabletop Tuesday.

The bowl is beautiful and how nice that it is staying in your family! I love the cloche, too. I'm always looking for new ideas for the few I have.

Happy Tuesday! :)

XO,
Jane

Great vignette. I love the bowl, it is stunning and such a wonderful keepsake. The hydrangea under the cloche is beautiful. Thanks for joining TTT. Hugs, Marty

I'm conjuring that bright oasis of color and order in this mess of packing and putting-away and dishes piled. That's how I do, every time---get just one place that is lovely to look at. Once when we had interminable house guests during an ice storm, my refuge was looking into that kitchen drawer with all the clean, neatly-folded dish towels.

And the book!! Once on a night-long trip home through West Virginia, my pet white rat got out of her aquarium nest and ate half the spine off my coveted Martha Stewart Wedding Book.

Hope your organizing's going well. I'm taking a break from mine, but must once again into the fray.
