Yet another wonderful tablescape from the recent garden tour.
Isn't this lovely, with the old layered quilts? They were so soft and really they were ragged in places, but so beautiful. And I love the green and white dishes and the accents of pink and blue in the serving dishes and vases. So romantic looking. I could linger in the garden over this luncheon table anytime. I have seen them used before and I love the idea! just don't want to use my quilts to do it! guess I will have to find some.
Vicki,
I adore the use of vintage quilts for their textile appeal. Your choice of color palette is stunning for the season. Each vase adds to the overall theme. Thank you for sharing your creativity and inspiring me to get those quilts out of the closet! HA!
Fondly,
Pat
They look so pretty there. Your color palette is so soft and romantic.
Oh Sweetie...
Love the table, and yep I have been using quilts for some time now. Love it. I have bought several crib quilts and put them on the table, cross ways like a runner, and I love it. I bought 3 at the thrift store and didn't pay over 4.00 for any of them. They are just the perfect touch. I love that country look and feel that they give.
Your table looks gorgeous and the colors are perfect for a garden setting. Just beautiful sweet friend. Love those green dishes as well.
Many hugs and much love, Sherry
Thank Goodness I can leave comments again :) I love the look of layered quilts as tablecloths. It's so much fun! And colorful too.

Beautiful tablescape. Love the quilts. The garden setting is perfect for spring.
I LOVE the idea of quilts as tablecloths. I first saw this done years ago when a friend of mine did it and have been in love with the idea ever since. I've been known to use tartan plaid afghans as well. Such great looks can be achieved as you've shown here.
Such a lovely tablescape. Love the dishes and the linens are perfect. Thanks so much for joining TTT. Hugs, Marty

How pretty -- this is especially wonderful in your outdoor setting. And, of course, I LOVE the pink and green!
I buy quilts often to use as tablecloths...often solid colored ones...Tuesday Morning is often a good resource. The table that you shared is lovely. Thank you...I'd be lingering in that garden with you. Cherry Kay
