AN INSIDE PICNIC

Hubby and I were going to have lunch on the deck but we got rained out. That is why I am using my Wal-Mart plastic plates and bowls. I quickly set up in the dining room-used glass plates for chargers. Since we were inside I used my great grandmothers tea goblets- they are a kind of aqua green-even the children used these when they visited my grandmother(who they were left to). Anyway I got them after my mothers death and I treasure them. I used my garden themed napkins and had a simple centerpiece- actually these are flower heads that I am drying- my dining room has the perfect temp or humidity or whatever- things dry perfectly in here.We had a simole salad and no salt crackers- since hubs heart attack our diet has changed drastically. I have lost five pounds! I can't say that I am enjoying the food, but I have to try to keep my sweetie healthy.I am joining Marty for TABLETOP TUESDAY at http://www.astrollthrulife/  and Katherine at http://www.ladykatherineteaparlor/  for Beverage day and http://www.thestylesisters/  for CENTERPIECE WEDNESDAY and Susan for TABLESCAPETHURSDAY at http://www.betweennapsontheporch/  Please visit these wonderful ladies that spend so much time on these wonderful memes.

At least the rain didn't prevent you from setting a lovely table!

Your green hydrangeas with your toile plates are wonderful. I know that you enjoy having your sweet husband more than having those crackers. My husband and I joined Weight Watchers together. He's lost 180 pounds, and I have a 'new and better' man in my life. I lost 60 pounds in the process, and I feel so much better, too. Blessings for your journey. Thank you for sharing your lovely tablescape. Cherry Kay

Make my heart go pitter patter with my favorite color green and hydrangeas! I love the whole table. I just recently did the same thing with my dried hydrangeas....and put them under a glass cake dome and I love how it looks. Great minds think alike :)
Thanks for linking up to Centerpiece Wednesday and sharing your creative ideas with us.
