FURNITURE FROM CASTOFFS

How about going on a tour with me to a fabulous antique mall I recently visited. This is a huge place and could take days to see it all. I focused on the furniture built from reclaimed items and bits of wood. This type seems very popular now. This looks like old windows with a shelf made from a bed foot board attached at the top and a half table attached to the front.
I really like this piece with the old french door, but I would certainly paint it all the same color-probably white.
Look at this swing made from a bed. I like the detail.
I am not so sure about this bench made from chairs-I think the seat looks funny.

Now this piece I love. This would be easy to copy. You could probably get the guys at the home store to split this porch column for you. Then you could glue it on if you weren't handy with a hammer.
Isn't this little greenhouse cute, looks fairly simple to do. I am joining Kim at http://www.savvysouthernstyle.blogspot.com  for Wow Us Wednesday.

lol...you know I'm going to ask where you were!

Neat stuff. I have a beautiful old bed. This would be a great thing to make out of it.
