I do not know where this last week has gone-sometimes life just seems to pass by and you feel like you have missed it all.I took a road trip this weekend to visit my father , who is in a nursing home three hours away. It was a beautiful day for a drive so I am sharing photos today. I love this country mailbox.!
I am so in love with this fence, I want one!Cute windows!
Interesting house. Next time you take a road trip be sure and take your camera-you never know what you might find. Wonder what the neighbors would think if I put a big dachshund above our mailbox?

1st great pics.

I've been buggin the hubby to bring home a sheet of pressure treated wood so I can mosaic our property number on it and put it by the road.

Now, I'll have to do a big ol horse too.

That's been my dream house all my life in the Delta, with perhaps only five two-story houses in town.

I always love your adventures!

You found all sorts of wonderful things on your drive! If I tried to have a cute mailbox like that it would probably be wrecked by vandals. That's one of the sad things about being in a rural area.

I love the dog sign, I need one like that with Sissy. She is on my business card already. Richard from My Old Historic House.

Interesting things you saw on the road trip. I like to take my camera too because it seems like you can always find something interesting to photograph.
