Most people look down for shadows, but you looked up and found this exquisite shot!

MY SHADOWY FRIEND

My shadow and I are very best friends;
We walk hand in hand, though the sidewalk ends.

No matter the time of day or of night,
My shadow and I will always stick tight.

We don’t even think of drifting apart,
For shadow and I are one soul and one heart.

To have such a friend is heaven, you see,
For I love my shadow, and shadow loves me.

I can imagine laying on the grass and looking up. Peaceful.

We are having cool and rain and fog. We need it, I just wish it could do it at night when we are closed. Richard

I like the way the nearer leaves are lit up against the ones further away. Beautiful.

I love the tree canopy, that green is gorgeous. we've had a frost warning here but those of us close to the lake escaped the bite. I was outside the other night in my nightgown dragging in plants that over-winter indoors. I'm sure it was a sight to behold. happy day to you!
