SHOPPING AND A GIVE AWAY.

I have been out shopping. I love shoes-probably have way over 100 pair-I know sinful isn't it.Is there such a thing as shoe rehab?
I mean how cute are these-I couldn't help myself!I love these Nick and Nora sock monkey slippers-they will match my Nick and Nora sock monkey pj's! BUT WAIT! The greatest thing I bought was this fabulous book! And guess what?-I bought you one too! This is the best book I have read in a while. Barbra gives us a tour of three of her homes-and gives details of how she remodeled and/or built all of them. She personally supervised all of the work and design. Absolutely tons of beautiful photos and wonderful stories. This is one talented lady. I promise you-you won't be able to put it down. I will give this away on August 9th. Just leave a comment on any of my posts that strikes your fancy and mention the giveaway and that's it. I won't even ask you to follow my blog, that is up to you. So that's it- I will remind you every day or so.

Those monkey's are adorable. Love the BS book.

Thank for for a wonderful shoe story ... I, too, like you have many ... now I've started once a year to clean house & revamp my 'supply' of newbies to the closet.

Hi Vickie,
I didn't know you were having a giveaway! I would love to have this book! I love all your new shoes. In the summer, I live in flip-flops! You should see the tan marks on my feet (from when I wear my flip flops when I garden.) Thanks for visiting our blog and signing up for our giveaway.

Well Ms. Thing, I love books and I love Ms. B. I saw her in New York at Madison Square gardens, tickets were $350.00. I had money then and it was worth it. I also went to one auction she had in New York where they sold her art glass collection, including epergnes. I couldn't buy anything. But, I would love her book. Thanks for doing this hope eveybody wins, but I hope especially I do. Richard From My Old Historic house.
