On this months trip to Oxford to releive my Dads sitters for the weekend, we noticed the dogwoods and redbuds blooming along the interstate.
Hubby resting after the three hour trip.My dads dog Buddy is in his lap-my dad doesn't hold him much anymore, I think he forgets about him.
Poor little Buddy, it was just him and dad for so long and he always sat in his lap in their chair, now as I said Dad just forgets him. And now there are so many people in and out for night and day shifts, Buddy is very confused. But he is always glad to see my hubby.

Awww poor sweet boy...Glad he is able to get a little love from hubby...He reminds me of my little fellow Peppy I had when I lived in Australia...he was the best jack russel ever.
Blessings Kelsie
Awww, changes are so hard on the fur babies. Love seeing the dog. I have 2 with similar markings.

Times like this are always so hard on everyone including the little ones. He looks like a cutie and your hubby sure shows him attention when he is there. That is so sweet,
Oh poor Buddy but I am glad Booby's there for him. Hope your dad is doing well. I love flowering trees! Thanks for the info about the vines. I want them!...Christine
Awww, what a precious little fella! He looks a lot like our Suzy (who loves squirrels!).
The dogwood are beautiful. I know the cultivated ones in folks' yards are full and gorgeous, but I really like the ones growing wild in the woods.
Cute little Buddy. Animals seem to be more adaptable than we humans. We took care of both my parents and now we are taking care of Wilson's Mother who will be 92 this month. Peace
That is so sad and so sweet all at the same time, I am sure little Buddy understands!
