Wonderful shot showing the shadows and the trees with all the leaves gone. Kind of sad and pretty all at the same time. Hugs, Marty

The dead do seem to still cast a long shadow! Very nice. I love all the different angles of the various shadows. Enjoy the rest of your weekend :)

I enjoy walking around cemeteries...what a super photo the shadows make.

Mine this week is a heron casting its shadow near the marina.

strong and simple shadows...cemeteries are such peaceful places to photograph and just sit and contemplate.

Nice shadows! I love walking through cemetaries. You've captured the shadows against a wintery background perfectly.

Great shot! I know you like to visit cemeteries. You should try to make it for this year's "Angels on the Bluff" here....Christine

Hi there, ya won't see any shadows around here this morning because the sky is just dark and snowy looking. We still have a fine mist of some kind falling, ya can't see it, but can feel if hitting your face. We got a mixture of snow and ice, and so far have not lost power, thank goodness. We didn't get nearly what they said we would, and I am fine with that! All businesses are closed and they are saying stay off the roads unless there is an emergency because they are so dangerous. Glad you still have power, and I hope this is over for a while. Stay warm.

What a beautiful photo!! I haven't mastered the settings on my camera yet so I have a hard time taking "trick" shots. Thanks for becoming a follower of my blog and stopping by for a visit! I am following yours now too! :) I got my gumdrop tree from ebay several years ago but I'm sure you can still get them. Have a fabulous day! ~Angela~

I laugh everytime I pull up your blog. Your baby is so adorable. I just want to scoop him up. Love the shot of the cemetary. My daddy taught me to drive in a large urban cemetary. He said I couldn't kill anyone there.
Thanks for your visit. I bet you do beautiful flowers.
Hugs, Ginger
