I am joining Susan at
http://www.betweennapsontheporch/ for Tablescape Thursday. My tablescapes for just the two of us are pretty simple- I don't get too fancy- really don't have the time.I used my red square plates for chargers and mixed pieces of silverware from my grandmother's old sets. For the centerpiece I just put part of my collection of McCarty pottery on top of a runner. McCarty is a pottery made in the Mississippi Delta town of Merigold.

Love the pottery for the centerpiece. It is all so beautiful and unusual. I love you using a mix and match of flatware too. I am really into that.
Oh so pretty, Vicky! Love the bright colors!...Christine
I've never seen the McCarty pottery before. The textures are amazing. The red floral touch effectively pulls the eye to the red charger. Well done! Cherry Kay
Nice bright and cheery table. The pottery is very interesting.
That is a great tablescape, the earthiness of the pottery is really intriguing. How cool that you collect and use the local pottery specialty. I esp. love that little bunny.
Thanks for stopping by my blog!
