Ailing computer

I have been on the phone with AOL for HOURS! Does it drive you crazy when you have computer problems-it certainly does me. I think if you could just get someone with out such heavy accents! I swear I can't understand half of what they say. Well anyway I finally got a very nice man named Art, who spoke the Kings English and we fixed my problem. Hooray!
