A friend gave me this turkey and I used him one year, but there was just something about him that was just well let us say tacky looking. I hated to throw him away so before I did I decided to give him a reprieve.
Cue the spray paint. This is an old can of silver metallic I pulled out of the garden shed-I figured I might as well try this.
I think he might have earned a place on the mantel with the white pumpkins for Thanksgiving. I am joining Marty for Inspire Me Tuesday at http://www.astrollthrulife.blogspot.com Also joining http://www.savvysouthernstyle.net for Wow Us Wednesday.

I have been snooping around your blog and found it is fantastic. You are very talented. I love the flowers you painted on newsprint! So creative. Your turkey is gorgeous with his new coat of silver feathers! Cheers from your newest follower.
