I was out shopping Saturday, it was not raining for a change and the sun was actually shining.! LOVE these colorful birdhouses.
But, I don't like the prices!
I can paint this myself!

Ditto! I did a lot of window shopping, but I did come home with a stack of books-of course. I have been trying to weed out the books that fill every bookcase and are about to cover every avaiable surface-I really have. I must get the ones I have set aside to the library as a donation before I change my mind! I just love books and I love rereading my favorites over and over!
Wherever you were shopping, it looks like a great place! I'm not good at window shopping! ;-D
ReplyDeleteI have to load up some books and just keep them at the door to grab the next time I go out. We have a used bookstore where you can get a credit towards purchases when you donate books. Of course I come back with more! lol! But we are a lot alike, my books are like good friends!
XO,
Jane

I like window shopping and birdhouses but Yikes, those prices are out of sight!
ReplyDeleteYowzers...those would be some upscale houses for the birdies.
ReplyDeleteI like the clever way they have used hooks for perches and old door knobs to decorate the houses. I thought the metal turkey was a hoot. Thanks for taking us along.
ReplyDeleteBTW Have you ever heard of a Plantation named "Magnolia Mound"? I think it was in Ms in DeSoto County but not sure. Peace
Well, there's that combo of red and yellow on several of those birdhouses! Very striking. Hope I can find some old ones that need refreshing!
