WHY GOD INVENTED MENOPAUSE!

The hubby and I kept the great grandson on Sunday while his parent's were househunting. He looks happy here, but he spent most of the day crying.
The is is only the second time we have kept him. The first time he was all smiles and giggles and sweet kisses.
He puckers up his mouth like he is saying ooh!!!Watching t.v. with Pop. While I enjoyed every minute of him being here-even with the crying-I now know why God invented menopause. What are these 50  and 60 year olds that are having babies thinking!!!

    I don't know what they are thinking, but me I think insane is probably a good word for them.

    Yes indeed! God knew us pretty well when He fixed it so the young folks would have the babies!!!!!

    He is a cutie, tears and all. I really don't think some people at any age give a thought to idea of bringing a child into the world. BTW love the spring flowers in the previous post. Peace

    I know exactly what you mean. As much as we love grandkids, I don't think we can do it 24/7 even if we are willing, I meant taking care of them. Your grandson is such a cutie!...Christine

    He is so cute! I know one of my friends has a four year old and wow she wears me out and I'm 44.
    I saw your comment on Susies post that you have the flu. Yuck, I sure hope you are better soon. If I lived closer, I would go to Hobby Lobby and get your umbrella for you.

    Your grandson looks adorable. Our grandchildren call Leo "Pop" also. But I know what you mean-our patience gets shorter as we get older!

    It gets easier as they get a little older. I have a whole day tomorrow with my two little grands. Hope I can keep up with it all =)
